Shipping Policy
You should receive your order, via UPS or U.S. Postal Service in approximately 7 - 10 business days. Most orders are shipped via UPS which does not deliver on the weekend.
Canandian delivery should be within 2-4 weeks for in-stock* orders, due to customs regulations. Delays are common when shipping to Canada due to the handling of duty and GST, so please factor this in when placing your order.

Backorder Policy
Whenever the shipping chart indicates an item you desire to purchase is out of stock, you are still able to order that item. Generally, most out of stock merchandise is expected to arrive in 1-2 weeks. By ordering an item when it is out of stock, you are assuring yourself that the lingerie boutique will ship your order in the order it was recieved. Therefore, when there are trends or an unexpected high sell through on items, you can assure yourself that you will be the first one to receive your purchase, when inventory is replenished.
Return Policy
The lingerie boutique guarantees you will be satisfied with every product you receive, so long as the item you wish to return is NOT USED and IS IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, YOU MAY RETURN FOR ANY REASON. Please use the return label on your packing slip and mail back within 10 days of receipt for your choice of replacement, credit or refund. Refunds MUST be confirmed first with a order number for your return items. If you do not have a return number your return will not be accecpted. with this you will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping.
